Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and quick-learning Accounts & Business Development Manager to join our office in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing both accounting and business development tasks. This role includes office-based work, coordination tasks, and weekly industry visits for business development.

Qualifications

  • B.Com / BBA / BS or MS in Accounting & Finance
  • Fresh to 3 years of experience
  • Male candidates only
  • Must have own bike (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Manage bookkeeping using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and send quotations, and maintain record of follow-ups.
  • Generate invoices for completed calibration jobs.
  • Maintain receivables sheet and track client payments.
  • Maintain deliverables sheet and track vendor payments.
  • Handle payroll and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate with company lawyer for monthly and annual tax returns and invoices.
  • Close all ledgers during last two days of each month.
  • Deposit cheques and payments received from clients (office or field).

Administration

  • Prepare and maintain all office and technical documentation.
  • Perform dispatching and receiving of goods and services.
  • Maintain office and staff expense records.
  • Perform general office-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding equipment lists and contract documentation.

Business Development

  • Conduct weekly visits to industries for marketing and client outreach.
  • Hold B2B meetings with potential clients for new business opportunities.
  • Contact clients via phone for new work opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated vendor list categorized by equipment specialties.
  • Travel to other cities rarely, as per requirement (travel & accommodation provided by QCS).

Skills Required

Job Details

  • Work Location: Office # C, 1st Floor, Nadir Plaza, Opposite Gate 2 DHA 2, G.T. Road, Islamabad
  • Work includes office tasks, field visits for business development, and bank-related work.
  • Weekly industry visits; occasional trips to other cities (expenses covered).

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
