Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounts & Claims Incharge to manage daily accounting tasks and handle claims efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in both accounting and claim processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledgers
  • Prepare invoices and financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process and follow up on claims
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and payments
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Claims Management:

  • Process, verify, and document insurance or service claims.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve claim-related issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of claims.
  • Maintain records of all filed and settled claims.
  • Analyze trends in claims and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, related field and/or claims
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and organizational skills
