Job responsibilities:
Prepare and arranging supporting and dispatching to respective customers- Assist accounts and other department in filling their documentsSupporting Accounting staff while staff on leave and taking copies of cheques signed and forwarding to appropriate staffsArchives old documents accordinglyArranging records room as per the standardVoucher data entryData entry for transportation invoicesCheque printing – Cash cheques, Shipping Cheque & supplier chequesDoing all other administrative & accounting job as requiredManage all the customer job files copying & dispatching to the customersFiling all the vouchers CPV, BPV, BRV, CRV, JV, VAT filing
Educational Qualification
Higher Secondary (HSC) level and should be able to read, write & communicate in EnglishWork Experience
A minimum of 2 Years Experience in the field of warehousing and logisticsCompetencies
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage
