Accounts Clerk – Real Estate

Raiwind, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions related to procurement and construction.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and journals for real estate projects.
  • Support with reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash records.
  • Help prepare reports on project expenditures and material costs.
  • Organize and file accounting documents, contracts, and vendor records.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for billing and delivery confirmations.
  • Assist the Accounts Officer or Finance Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (real estate or construction sector is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with procurement or construction billing.
  • Understanding of real estate project expenses and workflows.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
