Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions related to procurement and construction.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and journals for real estate projects.
- Support with reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash records.
- Help prepare reports on project expenditures and material costs.
- Organize and file accounting documents, contracts, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for billing and delivery confirmations.
- Assist the Accounts Officer or Finance Manager as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (real estate or construction sector is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with procurement or construction billing.
- Understanding of real estate project expenses and workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
