We are a growing firm in Gurugram seeking a reliable Accounts cum Receptionist to handle front-desk operations alongside basic accounting tasks. This role suits a multitasking professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Join us to support daily operations and contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception: Greet visitors, answer calls, handle mail/courier, and keep the front desk organized.
  • Perform accounting duties: Data entry, invoice preparation/posting, ledger updates, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliations.
  • Track expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and prepare simple MIS reports for management.
  • Support admin: Filing records, ordering supplies, scheduling, and basic HR assistance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 12th pass/Commerce graduate; 1-3 years in accounts, reception, or admin roles (freshers with skills welcome).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/QuickBooks, email; fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and positive attitude.

Location: Gurugram (DLF Phase 1 )
Timings: Mon-Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
