Key responsibilities:
· Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software
· Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports
· Monitoring and processing branch expenses, including coordination with branch teams
· Reconcile bank statements, customer and vendor ledgers
· Preparing GST-related files, assisting in e-way bill generation, e-invoicing and reports to support compliance activities like
· Liaise with vendors, employees and internal departments regarding payments and queries
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce
· At least 2 years of experience in accounts and finance
· Good MS Excel and accounting software
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
