Accounts Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Line Accountant to support the financial operations of our hospitality business, specifically focusing on hotel and restaurant entities. The role involves processing financial transactions, managing records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger).
• Reconcile POS systems, bank accounts, and prepare financial statements.
• Audit Daily Trial Balance levels.
• Book outstanding and prepaid transactions.
• Coordinate with General Managers of hotels and restaurants to collect any missing information.
• Highlight any issues to the Reporting Manager in the USA.
• Review monthly financial statements with the USA team.
• Participate in weekly calls with the USA team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Required)
• Accounting software: 2 years (Required)
