Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Block-6, PECHS, Karachi | Full-time | On-site

Job Timing & Days: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mon to Fri), 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Sat)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in accounting and finance to manage daily operations, support month-end processes, and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and maintain accounting records in QuickBooks.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Performed monthly bank reconciliation in QuickBooks.
• Assist in preparing BAS, GST, and other financial returns (Australian tax knowledge is a plus).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and external parties as needed.
• Use Advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Support financial process improvements & automation.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Qualification: B.com or Bachelor’s in Accounting/ Finance (mandatory).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
