Job Title: Accounts Executive

Position Type: Full-time

Experience required: 1-2 years Maximum

Responsibilities:

· Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

· Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Prepare and submit tax documents, including sales tax returns and corporate income tax returns..

· Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure security of financial data.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

· Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
