We’re Hiring – Accounts Executive

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. If you have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, this is your chance to be part of a leading engineering & manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

* Monitor and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and petty cash.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, taxation laws, and regulatory standards.

* Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

* Support the finance team in process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent).

* 2–3 years of proven experience in accounts/finance.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
