Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented female Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s services, including swimming pool construction, pool maintenance, hospitality services, and facility management solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, hospitality, and facility management sectors.
- Develop new business opportunities for swimming pool construction, maintenance contracts, and facility management services.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database and expand the company’s client network.
- Participate in tenders, bids, and proposals by coordinating with the costing and estimation teams.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote services effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements in coordination with the technical and costing teams.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase market share in the swimming pool, hospitality, and facility management sectors.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with the project, operations, and costing teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of sales experience in swimming pool construction, maintenance, facility management, or hospitality services.
- Proven track record in business development and B2B sales.
