Job SummaryThe Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all costs related to building construction projects, from initial estimates through final account settlement. The role ensures that projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and specifications.</li><li>Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.</li><li>Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and recommendations.</li><li>Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.</li><li>Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.</li><li>Verify contractor and subcontractor invoices and payment certificates.</li><li>Track material quantities, wastage, and budget utilization.</li><li>Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.</li><li>Assist in procurement by coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project terms.</li><li>Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and budget updates for management.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 8-9 years of experience in building construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.</li><li>Knowledge of FIDIC and local construction contract practices is preferred.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent numerical and analytical skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Contractual and commercial awareness</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:The AC Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and site environments. Job Summary:The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial operations across real estate, facility management, and hospitality divisions. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with internal departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies.</li><li>Manage lease accounting, rental income tracking, and tenant accounts.</li><li>Monitor property-related expenses and service charges.</li><li>Prepare statements for property owners and tenants.</li><li>Handle security deposits and lease agreements financials.</li><li>Track maintenance contracts, service agreements, and vendor payments.</li><li>Monitor operational expenses for FM projects/sites.</li><li>Allocate costs to respective projects and prepare cost reports.</li><li>Support budgeting and cost control for FM operations.</li><li>Reconcile daily revenue reports (rooms, F&amp;B, services).</li><li>Monitor POS transactions and cash collections.</li><li>Handle inventory accounting (food, beverages, supplies).</li><li>Ensure proper revenue recognition and cost tracking.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Prepare VAT reports and ensure tax compliance (if applicable).</li><li>Assist in audits and provide required documentation.</li><li>Generate financial reports for management decision-making.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>5-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, FM, or hospitality sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
