Job PurposeTo develop, implement, and monitor the company&rsquo;s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards across all projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, Ministry regulations, and client safety standards (Ashghal, Kahramaa, Oil &amp; Gas clients if applicable).</li><li>Lead risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and mitigation planning.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor compliance with PPE usage and safe work practices.</li><li>Review and approve method statements, JSA, and risk assessments.</li><li>Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.</li><li>Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.</li><li>Manage and supervise HSE Officers and site safety teams.</li><li>Ensure environmental compliance including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Prepare monthly HSE reports for management and clients.</li><li>Liaise with external authorities and client safety representatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Occupational Health &amp; Safety. (Qatar MOFA should be attested)</li><li>NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).</li><li>NEBOSH Diploma / IOSH / OSHA certifications preferred.</li><li>ISO 45001 &amp; ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management.</li><li>At least 08 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Experience in construction, infrastructure, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects.</li><li>GCC / Qatar experience preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).</li><li>Experience in accident investigation and root cause analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and training ability.</li><li>Risk assessment and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to enforce discipline and safety culture.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentWork Location: In person

HSE MANAGER

Job PurposeTo prepare competitive and accurate technical and commercial bids for road construction, utilities, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.</li><li>Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for roads, drainage, sewerage, water networks, utilities, and infrastructure works.</li><li>Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, and site teams to collect required inputs.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates including material, labor, equipment, overhead, and profit margins.</li><li>Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>Prepare technical proposals and method statements in coordination with engineering team.</li><li>Ensure compliance with client requirements (Ashghal / Infrastructure authorities standards if applicable).</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.</li><li>Prepare tender clarifications and respond to client queries.</li><li>Assist in post-award handover to project execution team.</li><li>Maintain tender database and cost history records.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>MMUP / UPDA certification is an advantage.</li><li>Training in cost estimation or contract management preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering/estimation for road and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Experience in utilities (stormwater, sewer, water supply, TSE, electrical duct banks).</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Tendering Experience do you have in road Constructions ?</li></ul>

Technical Office Engineer

Job PurposeTo supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities including concrete works, block work, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.</li><li>Allocate tasks to masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers as per work priorities.</li><li>Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and technical specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors for smooth project execution.</li><li>Monitor manpower productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.</li><li>Implement safety procedures and ensure workers comply with site safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain daily progress reports and report issues to the Site Engineer.</li><li>Assist in site measurements, inspections, and snag list clearance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).</li><li>Trade certification is an advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of experience in building construction projects.</li><li>GCC / Qatar experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of Experience do you have Civil Foreman ?</li><li>How soon you can join after selection?</li></ul>
