Job Summary:The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial operations across real estate, facility management, and hospitality divisions. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with internal departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS and company financial policies.</li><li>Manage lease accounting, rental income tracking, and tenant accounts.</li><li>Monitor property-related expenses and service charges.</li><li>Prepare statements for property owners and tenants.</li><li>Handle security deposits and lease agreements financials.</li><li>Track maintenance contracts, service agreements, and vendor payments.</li><li>Monitor operational expenses for FM projects/sites.</li><li>Allocate costs to respective projects and prepare cost reports.</li><li>Support budgeting and cost control for FM operations.</li><li>Reconcile daily revenue reports (rooms, F&amp;B, services).</li><li>Monitor POS transactions and cash collections.</li><li>Handle inventory accounting (food, beverages, supplies).</li><li>Ensure proper revenue recognition and cost tracking.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Prepare VAT reports and ensure tax compliance (if applicable).</li><li>Assist in audits and provide required documentation.</li><li>Generate financial reports for management decision-making.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>5-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, FM, or hospitality sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience with accounting software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
