HONOR is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Field Trainer to help with company expansion. The Field Trainer will design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams. Sales Trainer responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material, and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity.

Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and

ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.


Work Location : Qatar


Responsibilities:


• Responsible for building up training system, including materials

development, trainer team, assessment system, and management

regulation.

• Responsible for instore coaching for sales staff internal and external .

• Responsible for product launch training, including plan making, materials

developing, training executing, assessing, and using.

• Responsible for (field force) FF team skill training/ exercising, including new

employee NEO, and skill development training.

• Responsible for client training, including new product expending, key store

expending training, and outsourcing shop staff training.

• Responsible for team experience imparting, including excellent FF

experience, collecting stories and cases to build up case study organization.

• Responsible for promoter performance, including low performer analysis and

improvement plan, promoter focus model improvement and achievement.

• Responsible for supporting/ organizing motivation event & dealer events

• Responsible for team building and support RM to build up the team and

solve core issues.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field

• Driving license is a must


Experience:


• Minimum 2 Years experience in the smartphone industry field

• Minimum 2 Years as a field trainer


Skills and Competencies:


• Fluent in English and Arabic is must

• Experience in a sales position is a plus

• Must show capability of presentation

• Must have basic to advanced level in power point content creation

• Candidate will be required to prepare power point presentation for the topic

provided to him and will be required to present it to the the interview committee
