Job Title: Trainers – Dynamo & Abacus

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Dynamo Trainers and Abacus Trainers to join our growing training team. The ideal candidates will be specialists in their respective domains, passionate about teaching, and capable of delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions to diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, interactive training sessions in Dynamo (Visual Programming for Revit/BIM) or Abacus (Mental Arithmetic) based on expertise.
• Develop customized lesson plans, exercises, and projects aligned with course objectives.
• Provide hands-on guidance, monitor learner progress, and conduct assessments.
• Foster an engaging, supportive, and interactive learning environment for students.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and methodologies in the respective subject areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

For Dynamo Trainers:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Dynamo and Autodesk Revit.
• Prior training/teaching experience preferred.

For Abacus Trainers:

• Certification or proven experience in Abacus training.
• Strong passion for teaching, especially children.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

General Requirements (Both Roles):

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage learners of different skill levels.
• Flexible to deliver training in onsite/online formats.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: part-time
• Mode: Online.
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and expertise.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

Experience:
