Job OverviewEdoxi Training Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Corporate Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base in Kuwait.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, and promoting Edoxi&rsquo;s professional training programs, certification courses, and customized corporate learning solutions.This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys networking, building client relationships, and helping organizations develop their workforce.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, Learning and Development teams, and other corporate decision-makers.</li><li>Promote corporate training programs, professional certification courses, and customized learning solutions.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs assessments.</li><li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.</li><li>Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure successful program delivery.</li><li>Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.</li><li>Experience in corporate training, education, HR services, consulting, or professional services is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Existing corporate contacts in Kuwait will be considered an added advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience selling corporate training solutions or professional certification programs.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.</li><li>Strong network among HR, Learning and Development, and corporate stakeholders in Kuwait.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

B2B Corporate Sales Executive

✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.✔ Minimum 2 years of training or teaching experience in Digital Marketing or related courses.✔ Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, analytics, lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.✔ Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, or AI marketing tools is an added advantage.✔ Ability to teach SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.✔ Availability for evening and weekend classes.✔ Currently based in Kuwait.✔ Ability to train in Arabic (Preferred)Work Location: In person

Digital Marketing Trainer (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Job Description Role OverviewThe Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable training programs offered by Edoxi.
