Job Description Role OverviewThe Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable training programs offered by Edoxi. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Counsel prospective students on various training programs offered by Edoxi</li><li>Understand candidate requirements and recommend appropriate courses</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins</li><li>Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating course value and career benefits</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets</li><li>Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding</li><li>Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to enrollment</li><li>Follow up with prospective students and maintain engagement</li><li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions</li><li>Target-oriented and self-driven mindset</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per hourExpected hours: 54 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 05 years of experience in Ed Tech Domain</li><li>Are you ready to join immediately.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
