Admissions Counselor

Job Description

Role Overview

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable training programs offered by Edoxi. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students on various training programs offered by Edoxi
  • Understand candidate requirements and recommend appropriate courses
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating course value and career benefits
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding
  • Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to enrollment
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain engagement
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54 per week
