• Indent Revisions in SAP
• Next-Day SAP Indent Calls
• Receive and record indent calls for the next day’s SAP PO creation.
• BP Unblock Requests
• Process Business Partner unblock requests as needed.
• Indent Changes Recording
• Log all indent changes in the Indent Change Register (Telephonic Indent Register).
• Standing Instructions Updates
• Every Friday and Sunday: Update standing instructions for approximately 100 dealers.
• PO Changes
• Coordinate with RM (Regional Manager?) for cheque approval related to PO changes.
• SAP Updates for Next-Day PO
• Incorporate relevant changes in SAP to reflect updated Purchase Orders for the next day.
• Indent Finalization for Next-Day PO
• Finalize indents for VK, VK Mini, VK Mini NIE, BV, and VK Money for next-day PO processing.
• PO Generation by 4:00 PM
• Label Generation
• Generate regular and supplementary labels.
• Supplementary labels for Friday issues to be prepared on Wednesday.
• Supply & Trip Sheet Generation
• Printing
• Print Labels, Supply Sheet, and Trip Sheet.
• Release PO to Production
• Night Operation Communication Book
• Update regularly with any specific instructions or PO changes done during night operations.
• Tipsheets from Van Contractor
• Collect tipsheets from the van contractor to verify last-point delivery signatures for bill processing.
• PO Review with Production
• Cross-check PO with Production; make and confirm any necessary corrections.
• Main vs Supplementary PO Tracking
• Maintain records distinguishing main and supplementary PO details.

Schemes Management

a) Implement scheme copies and maintain associated data.
b) Maintain a list of dealers participating in schemes, along with documentation.
c) Check dealer eligibility and track any drops from the scheme.

Additional Responsibilities

• Any Other Tasks
• Perform any other work assigned on a need-based or urgent basis.

Magazine Handling

• Manage indenting, BP code extension to products, dispatch, and billing for magazines.
