Accounts Executive

Financial Accountant Job Responsibilities: Including a detailed list of the job responsibilities will help attract more skilled candidates. Some examples include:

• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analysing, and investigating variances, and summarising data and trends in the financial system.
• Prepares proper books of accounts and enter daily transaction in the ERP system.
• Prepare account receivable and payable and reconcile them. Maintaining monthly ledgers. Prepare client invoices and submit monthly returns.
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.
• Provides accounts and financial reports by studying operational issues, applying financial principles, and practices.
• Must know the basic principles of Accounts and finance.
• Report to Finance manager.
