Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our mobile app product team. In this role, you will assist in the product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing and performance monitoring. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to grow in the mobile app industry, working closely with experienced product managers, designers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to assist in defining the product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct basic market research, user analysis, and competitor studies to gather insights for product development.
• Help in documenting product requirements and preparing user stories and wireframes.
• Support sprint planning, testing phases, and assist in ensuring product features meet business objectives.
• Monitor app performance metrics, gather user feedback, and support ongoing product improvements.
• Stay updated on mobile app trends, platforms, and technologies relevant to the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a product, business analyst, or mobile app-focused role (internships included).
• Basic understanding of mobile app platforms (iOS/Android) and product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Good communication and analytical skills with a proactive learning attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
