Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role supports the finance team in preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and facilitating audits.

• 
  Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.

• 
  Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets and profit & loss reports.

• 
  Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments and petty cash management.

• 
  Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts and audits.

• 
  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• 
  Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• 
  2–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• 
  Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• 
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

• 
  Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• 
  Male candidates preferred.
