  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare journal entries, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, cash flow statements, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for data requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, filing returns, and maintaining proper records.
