Royal Smart Limousine (RSL) is Dubai’s premier luxury transportation provider, trusted by leading corporates, VIPs, embassies, and government entities. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Executive to lead client acquisition, manage corporate tenders, and oversee long-term service contracts with our valued business partners.

Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving corporate business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contract terms, and overseeing the full contract lifecycle — from proposal to renewal.
This role requires a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and detail-oriented professional who understands UAE corporate sales, contracts, and business law.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Client Relations

  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B contracts with corporate, hospitality, government, and event clients.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence and client retention.

Tenders & Contract Management

  • Manage the full tender process — from bid preparation and document submission to contract negotiation and award.
  • Draft, review, and renew corporate service contracts in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor contract performance, renewal timelines, and service-level compliance.
  • Maintain a centralized database of all active and pending corporate agreements.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and sales performance metrics through CRM and ERP systems.
  • Prepare regular pipeline and revenue reports for management review.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in corporate sales, tenders, or B2B contract management — preferably within transportation, logistics, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE commercial practices, contracts, and procurement procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, Salesforce, or Zoho) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both required).
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
