Accounts Executive

Join our dynamic team at ASIF TRADERS, a leading firm in the Automotive sector specializing in Imported Tyres & Alloy Rims. We are committed to excellence and are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Executive to oversee our financial operations.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Executive to take charge of our company's comprehensive financial and accounting functions. This is a pivotal role that ensures the seamless flow of goods and funds while maintaining strict financial integrity.

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Accounts Management: Managing all ledger accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Banking & Reconciliation: Managing bank accounts, performing reconciliations and handling foreign exchange transactions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Audit Support: Liaising with internal and external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is available.

Qualifications

• Education: Must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive work experience in accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

Job Timings: 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
