Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with statutory compliance. This position requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines. The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in supporting the finance department and maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ledger entries, and maintain general ledgers.
- Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile company accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the preparation and filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents and clarifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks regarding financial transactions.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
- Assist the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. (M.Com or pursuing CA/ICWA will be an advantage.)
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Integrity: Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality when handling financial data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
