Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveExperience Required: 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / ACCA (Part Qualified) / Relevant Finance Degree

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Job Description

1. Financial Record Management

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
  • Record vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in accounting software.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process vendor invoices, reconcile balances, and ensure timely payments.
  • Follow up on receivables and maintain customer ledgers.
  • Prepare aging reports and track outstanding balances.

3. Bank & Cash Management

  • Handle daily cash flow, petty cash, and cash reconciliations.
  • Monitor bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation statements.

4. Strong Microsoft Excel Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Create and manage Excel-based financial reports and templates.
  • Advanced Excel skills:
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data Validation
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Formulas & Functions
  • Basic Macros (Optional but preferred)
  • Maintain spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

6*. Inventory & Stock Management*

  • Maintain updated inventory records and reconcile physical vs system stock.
  • Track stock movements, GRNs, purchase returns, and issuance records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to ensure accurate stock entries.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly stock audits and variance reporting.
  • Prepare inventory valuation reports using Excel and accounting software.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and summaries.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records for audits.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

8. Coordination & Support

  • Support the finance team in monthly closings and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with departments for financial data and approvals.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements for financial efficiency.

Skills Required

  • Strong Excel expertise (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Experience with accounting software (Odoo preferred)
  • Strong analytical, numeric, and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
