Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Generate financial reports and share insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, auditors).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Handle petty cash and oversee day-to-day financial operations.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
