Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills and hands-on experience managing the full accounting cycle. You should be able to independently prepare and finalize accounts, handle daily financial tasks, and support accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Handle payroll processing and related compliance
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Support financial reporting, audits, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- ACCA Finalist/Qualified, MBA, or BSc/MSc in Finance & Accounting
- Strong skills in MS Office; experience with Xero or cloud accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
