Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting activities such as managing payables/receivables, preparing bills, and generating invoices.
  • Create, update, and maintain various financial statements and documentation.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accuracy across all ledgers.
  • Support the finance team during monthly and annual closing procedures.
  • Keep well-organized records to meet audit and compliance requirements.
  • Use Excel for data interpretation, financial analysis, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure proper budgeting and financial planning.
  • Oversee petty cash transactions and verify employee expense reimbursements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related specialization.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Executive or similar finance role.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
