Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting activities such as managing payables/receivables, preparing bills, and generating invoices.
- Create, update, and maintain various financial statements and documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify accuracy across all ledgers.
- Support the finance team during monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Keep well-organized records to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Use Excel for data interpretation, financial analysis, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure proper budgeting and financial planning.
- Oversee petty cash transactions and verify employee expense reimbursements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related specialization.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Accounts Executive or similar finance role.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
