About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive who will be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts while driving new business growth. You will manage end-to-end client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of prospects. This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to understand client needs across data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across DataStride’s service offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business updates with clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear qualification and forecasting.
  • Lead discovery calls, solution walkthroughs, and product demos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Technology, Marketing) to propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and SOWs aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM for all accounts and opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across existing and new accounts.
  • Represent DataStride at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and client feedback to improve offerings and strategies.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, project initiation, and ongoing engagement.

Required Skills:

Core Competencies: Client relationship management, account growth, new business development
Sales Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, presentations, proposal drafting
Consultative Selling: Discovery, need analysis, value articulation, objection handling
Negotiation: Contract negotiation, pricing, and deal closure
Strategy: Pipeline building, forecasting, account planning
Technical Understanding (Preferred): Data analytics, BI tools, AI/ML concepts, SaaS products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
  • Proven experience managing B2B accounts in IT, SaaS, analytics, or professional services
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in Agile, fast-paced, or startup environments
