Accounts Executive

Job Description:

• Perform GL reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Conduct revenue verification and support timely identification of discrepancies.
• Manage revenue streaming and analysis to support financial planning and business insights.
• Handle invoicing and scheduling for rental and utility charges in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare quarterly schedules for Balance Sheet items in accordance with reporting requirements.
• Participate actively in monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
• Generate data-driven ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or HOD.

Job Specification:

• MBA in Finance, or BS in Accounts/Finance, or

ACCA / ICMA Part-Qualified or Finalist

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Good communication and organizational abilities
