Job Description:
- Perform GL reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Conduct revenue verification and support timely identification of discrepancies.
- Manage revenue streaming and analysis to support financial planning and business insights.
- Handle invoicing and scheduling for rental and utility charges in an efficient and timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly schedules for Balance Sheet items in accordance with reporting requirements.
- Participate actively in monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
- Generate data-driven ad-hoc reports to support management decision-making.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or HOD.
Job Specification:
- MBA in Finance, or BS in Accounts/Finance, or
ACCA / ICMA Part-Qualified or Finalist
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Good communication and organizational abilities
