Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge along with practical experience working on SAP, enabling them to handle day-to-day financial activities accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial procedures
• Experience managing vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily financial transactions using SAP
• Prepare, review, and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and accounting records
• Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring policy compliance
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve accounting and finance-related matters
