Accounts Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist in managing our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals and practical working experience with SAP, enabling accurate handling of routine accounting and finance tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical SAP experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Hands-on experience with vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily financial transactions in SAP
• Prepare, verify, and manage vouchers, ledgers, and accounting records
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures
• Facilitate internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve finance-related queries and issues
