Hi-Street is a growing footwear retail brand known for its modern designs, quality standards, and strong retail presence. To support our expanding operations in Lahore, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions.

Position Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling routine accounting tasks, and supporting financial operations across multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Handle cash, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Record and reconcile daily sales from retail outlets
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audits
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support tax-related documentation and filings as required

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
