Preparing credit control documentation for customers
- Process invoices & accounts statements
- Perform accounts reconciliations & dunning letters
- Keep accurate records for AR function & credit approvals
- Prepare periodic management reports on need basis
- Track incoming bank deposits and payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in internal and external audits
- AR Ageing analysis
- Investigating and resolving any AR enquiries
- Support for coordination with SSC
- Other adhoc assignments as per requirement of department
