Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial entries.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and budgeting support for management.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
