Job Title: Accounts Executive
Work Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance

  • Maintain and update general ledger entries.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process invoices, expense vouchers, and payments.
  • Prepare aging reports for receivables and follow up with clients.
  • Ensure timely settlement of dues to suppliers.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and analyze budgets and forecasts.

Reconciliation Tasks

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Vendor (Accounts Payable) Reconciliation
  • Customer (Accounts Receivable) Reconciliation
  • Inventory Reconciliation
  • Intercompany Reconciliation
  • General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts or a related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience required.
  • Experience in the Polymer/Plastic industry will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
