Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Record Maintenance
- Maintain and update general ledger entries.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices, expense vouchers, and payments.
- Prepare aging reports for receivables and follow up with clients.
- Ensure timely settlement of dues to suppliers.
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and analyze budgets and forecasts.
Reconciliation Tasks
- Bank Reconciliation
- Vendor (Accounts Payable) Reconciliation
- Customer (Accounts Receivable) Reconciliation
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Intercompany Reconciliation
- General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts or a related field.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience required.
- Experience in the Polymer/Plastic industry will be an advantage.
