We're Hiring: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience managing financial records, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Lahore, DHA Phase 2
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
The salary package will be discussed during the interview and will be offered based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
