Accounts Executive

JOB OVERVIEW:

A reputable manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation matters, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounts, tax compliance, and ERP-based systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Handle withholding tax (WHT) including calculation, deduction, record keeping, and timely deposit compliance
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial data accuracy
• Support tax documentation, filing, and compliance reporting

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in taxation, reconciliations, and general accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Sales Tax and Withholding Tax (WHT)
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel

Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
