We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage accounting operations and
financial reporting for the Pakistan business using QuickBooks. The role requires strong
bookkeeping expertise, reconciliation skills, and compliance knowledge to ensure
accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to generate sales invoices for different customer categories and ensure proper bookkeeping of invoices prepared by the sales team.
- Track receipts and reconcile them against issued invoices.
- Record accounts payable based on vendor invoices.
- Record bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Record cash transactions based on management data and reconcile petty cash.
- Record payroll entries using HR payroll data, including commissions, and perform monthly payroll reconciliations.
- Record credit card transactions, including related-party payments.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, and filing of GST/Sales Tax in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting framework.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
