Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Textile / Leather Industry)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in the Textile or Leather industry to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience working within manufacturing and export-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory, raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods accounts.
• Handle costing and profitability analysis for production orders.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse departments regarding inventory and cost-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Maintain proper records of export/import transactions, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Textile or Leather manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory control, and cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Knowledge of sales tax, withholding tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in export-oriented textile or leather manufacturing companies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Professional accounting certifications will be considered an advantage.
