Location: Anarkali Bazaar, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting data.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, payment records, and other accounting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments, invoices, and financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.
• Support the finance team with administrative and accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
