Smart Aesthetics is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare reports, and support the overall financial operations of the clinic.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent numerical skills, and experience handling cash, expenses, invoices, payroll, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily income, expenses, payments, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Manage cash, bank, card, and online payment records accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Reconcile cash collections, bank statements, payment gateways, and point-of-sale records.
- Maintain client payment records, outstanding balances, packages, refunds, and adjustments.
- Prepare and process supplier invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance-based deductions, incentives, commissions, and staff advances.
- Track clinic expenses, petty cash, inventory purchases, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with front desk, customer service, procurement, human resources, and management regarding financial matters.
- Verify discounts, complimentary services, promotional packages, and authorised adjustments.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss summaries, expense reports, and management accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
- Assist with tax documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain organised physical and digital accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies and report financial irregularities to management.
- Ensure confidentiality of company, employee, supplier, and client financial information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting certification or professional qualification will be preferred.
- One to three years of experience in accounts, finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, retail, pharmacy, salon, or service-based businesses will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Clinic, hospital, salon, pharmacy, or healthcare accounting.
- Daily cash closing and sales reconciliation.
- Payroll, incentives, and commission calculations.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Inventory and supplier payment management.
- Tax documentation and audit support.
- Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Peachtree, or similar systems.
Key Performance Indicators
The Accounts Executive’s performance may be evaluated through:
- Accuracy of financial entries and reports.
- Timely completion of daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Proper management of cash, petty cash, and bank records.
- Accuracy of payroll, incentives, and supplier payments.
- Reduction in financial discrepancies and pending receivables.
- Timely submission of management reports.
- Proper maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
- Compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Professional Conduct
The selected candidate must:

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
