Accounts Executive / Accountant

We are a fast-growing local F&B and retail group with cafés, restaurants, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and outlets across Bahrain. With 4 outlets and a team of 70 employees, we are building a strong, modern brand rooted in quality, innovation, and local ownership.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and support the Accounts Manager in compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily sales, purchases, petty cash, and outlet transactions.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions.
  • Support VAT filing and other compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reconciliations and assist with monthly closing.
  • Coordinate with outlet teams, suppliers, and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
  • 1–3 years’ accounting experience (hospitality/retail sector preferred).
  • Familiarity with Bahrain VAT and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
