Role Overview:
We are looking for a Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and support the Accounts Manager in compliance, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, purchases, petty cash, and outlet transactions.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Support VAT filing and other compliance requirements.
- Prepare reconciliations and assist with monthly closing.
- Coordinate with outlet teams, suppliers, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
- 1–3 years’ accounting experience (hospitality/retail sector preferred).
- Familiarity with Bahrain VAT and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
