Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the financial transactions and accounting operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with financial regulations while supporting business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts regularly.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash effectively.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local taxation laws and assist in tax filings.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate data and insights.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, showroom, or automotive industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
