• 1. Do you have experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements?
• Expected Answer: Yes, with hands-on experience in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
• 2. Have you worked on Sales Tax Returns, Withholding Tax, PSID, and CPR preparation?
• Expected Answer: Yes, familiar with FBR portal, tax filings, and compliance procedures.
• 3. Do you have payroll processing experience, including Income Tax, EOBI, and SESSI deductions?
• Expected Answer: Yes, experienced in payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
• 4. Which ERP or accounting software have you used?
• Expected Answer: Experience with ERP/accounting systems along with strong MS Excel knowledge.
• 5. Have you handled bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations?
• Expected Answer: Yes, including aging analysis and reconciliation reporting.
• 6. Do you have experience in accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management?
• Expected Answer: Yes, including invoice processing and payment coordination.
• 7. Have you worked on inventory reconciliation and stock management?
• Expected Answer: Yes, including raw material, WIP, packing material, and finished goods reconciliation.
• 8. Are you familiar with PO, GRN, and purchase invoice verification processes?
• Expected Answer: Yes, with understanding of supporting documentation and controls.
• 9. Do you have experience with Sales Tax invoicing and FBR integration?
• Expected Answer: Yes, including invoice processing and compliance requirements.
• 10. Have you been involved in audits, SECP compliance, or monthly closing activities?Expected Answer: Yes, with coordination experience for audit and compliance matters.

11. Are you comfortable coordinating with production, warehouse, dispatch, and internal departments?
