Accounts Executive/ Book Keeper

Job Summary:

An Australian medical company, with its office located in E-11, Islamabad, is seeking one Accounts Executive to join our team. Accounts Executive has to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments and customer invoices, ensuring timely collections and disbursements.

General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring completeness and correctness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Minimum of 1 year of Relevant Experience

Maximum age limit: 30 Years

Willingness to learn and explore new concepts

Ability to learn and adopt new software’s

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.

Location: E-11, Islamabad

Timings: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Salary Package: 60K – 70K PKR
