About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team in Gujranwala . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, handling multiple client accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reconciliation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in VAT/Sales Tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Liaise with clients for clarifications, documentation, and approvals
• Work closely with senior accountants and auditors when required
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Tally
• Solid understanding of bank reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (Urdu and English)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Pakistan tax regulations is a plus
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or an accounting-related role
• Certification in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) is a plus
• CA-Inter, ACCA (part qualified), or similar qualifications are a strong advantage
