Overview
The Accounts Executive ensures accurate and timely financial operations by coordinating interdepartmental documentation, managing month end closing activities, and preparing key financial reports to support business decision making.
What you will do
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Follow up with teams to obtain intercompany supporting documents.
- Review and accept these documents in the relevant financial module.
- Month End Closing Activities
- Prepare accrual, adjustment, and other closing entries.
- Reconcile sales data with BI reports and SAP systems.
- Claims and Receivables Management
- Compile Claims Receivable Aging Reports.
- Coordinate settlements with brand teams to resolve outstanding claims.
- Inventory and Stock Reporting
- Prepare and circulate weekly and month end stock provision reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in inventory reporting.
- Sales and Margin Analysis
- Generate sales and gross margin reports.
- Prepare customer and brand wise sales summaries for management review.

What Equips You For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting.
