Job Description – Account Executive
Oberai Bakers and Café
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records of daily sales, purchases, and expenses for the café and bakery operations.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts on a timely basis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper follow-ups with vendors and customers.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and maintain daily collection reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements with accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for financial documentation.
- Support payroll processing, employee expense reimbursements, and related accounting entries.
- Ensure timely payment of utility bills, vendor dues, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain inventory records in coordination with the store and production team, ensuring proper stock valuation.
- Generate MIS reports to provide financial insights for management decision-making.
- Implement effective internal controls to minimize errors and prevent discrepancies.
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
- Address and resolve accounting discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Safeguard confidentiality of financial data and maintain compliance with company policies.
The Account Executive will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations, accuracy in reporting, and compliance, directly supporting the growth of Oberai Bakers and Café.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
