SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a Short‑Term Contract Finance Executive for an 8‑month assignment. The selected candidate will support the Finance function by accurately preparing and executing financial tasks, ensuring timely processing of accounting entries, and compiling required information and reports in accordance with internal policies and external compliance standards. This role is critical in maintaining accurate, reliable, and timely financial data.
The position reports to the Manager Accounts and is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
Recording of supplier invoices / expenses.
Prepare and analyze inventory data for management review.
Ensure month end task are completed on time so that monthly closing and reporting is done in accordance with deadline given by corporate
Carry out suppliers’ reconciliations by analyzing suppliers’ ledgers in order to reconcile difference between suppliers and our books of accounts.
Support the Manager by verifying and analyzing financial data and providing relevant reports as required.
Perform assigned tasks as required across the Finance function (e.g. accounting tasks)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look for:
Must hold a bachelor’s degree in related field preferably ACCA, ACMA
2+ years of experience in relevant field
High Level MS Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Prior experience in ERP environment would be added advantage
